about us
Ali Mansion stands as a symbol of legacy,
vision, and transformation — a journey that began in 1974, when the late
Hazi Eskandar Ali, through sheer dedication and honest hard work, first
laid its foundation. What started as a modest commercial venture soon became a
trusted community landmark in the heart of the Cumilla city.
His legacy was proudly carried forward by his three sons — Late Advoca Abab Hossain, Late Prof. Md. Billal Hossain, and Md. Aftab Hossain Nelo who
not only managed and grew the family business but also expanded its horizon
with the establishment of Hotel Meraj, which served countless guests
over the decades.
In 2017, embracing a bold new vision for the future, the family partnered with Silver Developers to reimagine the space as a modern destination. Thus began the transformation of Silver Ali Mansion into a 14-storied high-rise complex, blending tradition with innovation.
Today, Silver Ali Mansion is professionally managed
by the third generation of the family, ensuring the legacy continues with
strength and integrity. The complex now houses a vibrant shopping mall, diverse
food court, luxury hotel, state-of-the-art convention hall, fully
equipped gym, children’s play zone, and multiple restaurants
catering to all tastes.
With roots deeply grounded in family values and a vision
built for the future, Silver Ali Mansion continues to serve as a dynamic hub
for community, commerce, and culture — a legacy reborn for the modern era.

Eskandar Ali wasn’t just a businessman—he was a builder of communities. His work created jobs, supported families, and helped shape modern Cumilla.
He passed away in 2003, but his legacy lives on in the landmarks he built and the people he inspired.
